Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to JaccVault Designs. Every product we offer is custom-made to order, created just for you. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to:

  • Incorrect sizing selected

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Mistaken product or color choice

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

 

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, we’re happy to provide a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photos showing the issue

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

 

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check the shipping address you provided at checkout.

  2. Check around your property, with neighbors, or at your local mailroom.

  3. Contact your local post office or delivery carrier directly.

If you're still unable to locate your order, email us at jaccvaultdesigns@yahoo.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to help investigate.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. However, we are committed to supporting you in finding a solution whenever possible.

 

⚠️ Custom Product Notice

Because all items are printed on demand, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Incorrect shipping address submitted at checkout
